Under this option, the life assured can exit his/her policy with a Smart Exit Value, where the life assured shall be returned the total premiums paid as a lump sum benefit. No additional premium is payable to avail this option. Only available with Life Cover option.
Health Management Services are complementary services in the areas of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, or recovery, which may include services such as medical consultation, coaching, second opinion, personal medical case management with the objective of health management and improvement.
For Limited Premium, allowable Premium Paying Terms (PPTs) are 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, and 20 years only.
The following premium frequency factors will be multiplied on the Annualized Premium to arrive at the instalment premium:
Annual / Single – 1.0000
Half-yearly – 0.5102
Quarterly – 0.2577
Monthly – 0.0865
30 days for Limited Premium policies with yearly, half-yearly & quarterly modes and 15 days for the monthly mode.
The policy will remain in force during this grace period.
Under Limited Pay policies, the revival period is 5 years from the date of the first unpaid premium.
The policyholder may revive the policy by paying all the arrears of premium with interest within 5 years from the due date of the first unpaid premium, subject to the production of satisfactory evidence of health, if required.
In case of the death of the life assured during the policy term, the death benefit will be paid to the nominee as per the plan option chosen.
The policyholder will have the option to choose a death benefit payout as below:
Only as a lump sum
Only Monthly Income for 10/20 years
Partly as a lump sum and partly as a monthly income for 10/20 years

On death during the policy term when the policy is in force, the death benefit is paid to Nominee, and the policy terminates.
Nomination shall be as per Section 39 of the Insurance Act, 1938, as amended from time to time.
Assignment shall be as per Section 38 of the Insurance Act, 1938, as amended from time to time.
